Seeing Change - book launch

You are warmly invited to the Book Launch, Exhibition and Talk by Coreset resident artist Tom Martin on the 21st November at 5.00pm in the Stephen Langton Building Foyer and ground floor lecture theatre at The University of Lincoln.

'Seeing Change' is a collaborative photography project made by a group of Amazigh women in the Ziz valley, in the Sahara desert, Morocco. Timed to coincide with COP29, the exhibition will feature powerful visual narratives created by the women to showcase the devastating effects of climate change on their lives and livelihoods. This event marks the start of the next phase of the 'Seeing Change' project, aiming to amplify the women’s voices and advocate for climate justice.

Seeing Change was awarded the Emerald Publishing ‘Real Impact Interdisciplinary Research Fund Award’. The grant exists to find an innovative project that promotes action towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals, through collaboration of disciplines, methodology and research in order to deliver real world impact.
