Rebecca practices as a curator, cultural strategist, and consultant. She founded the creative practices Of Many Circles and Thirteen Ways and is proudly a trustee of two Arts Council England funded organisations The Bowes Museum and Primary (Nottingham).  She is a former advisory board member of Attenborough Arts Centre (University of Leicester). She works in individual and organisational development with artists, creatives, curators, cultural and charitable organisations.  Thirteen Ways devised the curatorial programme of Mansions of the Future (an Arts Council England Ambition for Excellence funded project) combining exemplary practice in socially engaged art with partnerships to create a civic place where culture, history and art come together.

Advisory clients include the Mayor of London (Fourth Plinth Commissioning Model review), British Council (Maker Library Network review), Arts Council England (supporting: Turning Point, a 10-year strategy for the visual arts; Artist Insights, a pioneering programme of artist residences in corporate settings; capital investments in the East Midlands and ACE’s 60th anniversary). She led teams delivering exhibitions and events for the V&A, Royal Academy of Arts, National Museums Scotland, British Museum, National Poetry Day, Louvre Abu Dhabi, Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Arthur Ross Gallery (University of Pennsylvania).

Rebecca was a corporate advisor to FTSE100, 250, and Fortune 500 companies, leading campaigns to grow corporates via IPO, share issues and mergers, and acquisitions.
